Ever since Niel announced he would be making his solo debut, I’ve been doing the happy dance of joy. I fell in love with Teen Top at KCON back in August and have thoroughly enjoyed every single one of their releases since then. With that being the case it makes sense I would be expecting great things from Niel with his solo debut and I have to say, I’m not disappointed. At all. “Lovekiller” has a very strong Teen Top “Missing” sort of vibe which I find completely fantastic but it’s also got a hint of that “I’m Sorry” funk which makes “Lovekiller” something altogether special.
While I can’t say there’s anything super spectacular about the video, I do love the color of it all and I really love watching Niel dance. So much so, I’m really hoping he releases either a dance version of the video or simply a dance practice video soon. Until that time comes (if it comes at all) I suppose I’ll just have to content myself with live performances. I can probably be okay with that.
So tell me, what do you think of Niel’s solo debut? Is it everything you were hoping it would be or would you have preferred he debuted with something different? I’d love to know what you’re thinking so be sure to leave me a comment below!
i could listen to him sing and watch him dance for…EVER. wonderful post. 🙂
