Bet you didn’t see this one coming!
Okay, I’m totally joking there. If you know me at all you know there’s no way I’ll ever be able to let a GOT7 comeback go by without making a total fangirl spazz of myself. Well, I’ll try to keep the spazzing to a minimum but I make no promises.
So we all know GOT7 promised us a comeback at the end of September and being the honorable men of their word that they are, they made good on that promise by releasing the MV o’death (aka “If You Do”) on Monday and their new album, Mad, on Tuesday.
Needless to say, Mad has been topping my daily playlist and the “If You Do” MV has my convinced the only reason YouTube exists is to allow me to watch this video 24/7. (Sleep? Who needs it!?!)
I suppose it’s pretty pointless for me to talk about how amazing GOT7 and this comeback is because once I start, I may never stop and I know you don’t want to ready my crazed fangirl spazzing for the rest of forever. Let me just say I’m super happy GOT7 decided to make a comeback only a couple of months after their last and even more happy that they’ve gone with this “more mature” concept. Though now that I think about it, I’m not really sure GOT7 has the whole concept of mature down. I mean they have the smokin’ hot and sexy down and the troubled/angry lover thing down but that whole vandalizing property thing kinda… Yeah, you know what? I’m perfectly okay with all of everything. You go ahead and do whatever the flip you want you ridiculous boys. I’ll just be sitting here, curled up in my corner, dying a slow and painful but very happy in an oddly tortured sort of way death.
Isn’t the life of a fangirl great!?!
So what do you think of GOT7’s more mature comeback? Are you a fan of “If You Do” or did you like their previous work better? Have you been watching the comeback stages? The behind-the-scenes videos? Are you surviving? If so, can you share that little bit of wisdom with me so I can stop suffering? Though really, is there any hope for me in that area? I’m kind of a lost cause when it comes to fangirling, aren’t I?
