TUESDAY’S TEASE: Why Is GOT7 Trying to Kill Us And Other Unanswerable Questions

Life is full of unanswerable questions. Questions like: Why do socks always go missing when you do laundry? Does the man in the moon like cheese? Why do I always fall for the second lead in dramas? Will I ever see INFINITE perform in person? The universe if full of questions and yet, the question I’m most often ask is simply this: WHY THE HECK IS EVERY SINGLE K-POP COMEBACK DESIGNED TO DESTROY ME!?!

Yes, GOT7! I’m lookin’ at you!

There I was, minding my own business, when WHAM! Out of the blue GOT7 decided to announce they were making a comeback. The news itself would have been a little easier to handle if I weren’t still geeking out over B.A.P’s impending comeback, but GOT7 doesn’t seem to care about my struggles as a fangirl. Oh no! All they care about is stopping my heart and making me cry. Which is exactly what they did when they released this…

SWEET BEAUTIFUL BABY BIRDS! I so wasn’t expecting to be knocked out by this trailer but OH GRACIOUS, WAS I EVER! The emotional punch to the face this 4.5 minute trailer gave me was enough to bring tears to my eyes. Literally. As moved as I’ve been by this little Jinyoung work of art, I’m left wondering what the heck the actual comeback is going to be like. Is it going to be an emotional ballad that leaves me breathless? A call to arms that stirs the fire in my soul? I honestly have no idea but I do know that I can’t wait to find out!

Of course GOT7 isn’t the only group making me feel far too many emotions at the moment. B.A.P has been slowly killing me with beautiful photos for over a week now, with all of their “ROSE” teasing. But they didn’t stop there. Oh no! They had to go and release this little teaser o’death yesterday and OH SWEET MATOKIS! I’M SO FREAKING IN LOVE!

It’s been far too long since B.A.P released anything that hit me the way this 30 second teaser did. Sure, I’ve enjoyed the music they’ve released since their return but none of it really felt like the B.A.P I fell in love with all those years ago. “Young, Wild and Free” was close but this… *squee* This is what I’ve been waiting for! If the entirety of “Wake Me Up” lives up to the standard set in this innocent little trailer, I’m going to fall over dead. On the upside, I’m going to die one very, very happy fangirl.

While I know there are other things I could be squealing over, I’m kinda in the throes of a major meltdown at the moment so I’m gonna let you take over by telling me which comebacks and/or dramas you’re most looking forward to in the comments below.

  1. And my finally question “Did my sweetheart film this in the winter time?” That water has got to be cold! Let alone frost bite walking in his bare feet in the snow!! I’m anticipating this!!
