ZOMBIE’S DRAMA REVIEW: Oh My Venus Episodes 1-2

in the rain

After waiting for what feels like forever, So Ji Sub and Shin Min Ah‘s new drama, Oh My Venus, has finally started airing and since I can’t say no to anything with So Ji Sub in it, I had to start watching it. Of course it took all of 2 seconds of So Ji Sub screen time to convince me I wanted to keep watching this drama but I wasn’t quite as convinced it was one I wanted to review. And yet, here I sit, writing this first review which means something had to have happened along the way to convince me this was one worth my time. The question is, what was it? ZOMBIE’S DRAMA REVIEW: Cheer Up! Episodes 11-12

my cutie

I know I’m late in getting this final review up and I’m sorry about that. Life just happens sometimes and there’s not much I can do about it. I just gotta catch up when I can so that’s what I’m doing. Or I will as soon as I stop sobbing over Seo Ha Joon… Curse my weak heart! Always falling for those adorable, wounded, softhearted seconds begging desperately do be loved! Continue reading “ZOMBIE’S DRAMA REVIEW: Cheer Up! Episodes 11-12”

FRIDAY NIGHT DRAMA: Twenty Again

20 again poster

This week’s drama quickly rose to the top of my favorites list when it originally aired. The cast was fantastic, the story was touching and it brought about a lot of self-reflection on my part, which is not something a lot of dramas inspire me to do. When the drama came to an end I was sad to see it go because I felt as if I was being forced to say goodbye to a good friend. Leaving me with so many good vibes, I felt it only fitting to recommend Twenty Again as a this weekend’s drama to marathon. Continue reading “FRIDAY NIGHT DRAMA: Twenty Again”

TUNE OF THE WEEK: Zico “Boys and Girls”

title

I have been waiting so long for this, I’d almost given up hope that it would ever come to be. For as long as I can remember I’ve been waiting (rather impatiently) for the day Zico would release a single that actually felt like Zico and finally that day has come. (Pardon me while I do a happy dance of joy…) Continue reading “TUNE OF THE WEEK: Zico “Boys and Girls””

ZOMBIE’S DRAMA REVIEW: Cheer Up! Episodes 7-8

saved her

OH MY HEART! My heart! My heart! My heart! My heart! My heart! This past week’s episodes have done a number on my poor heart and I really have no idea how I’m going to deal with the last four episodes! There are just way too many characters playing games with my poor, fragile heart right now. Ugh! I’m such a mess right now! How’s a zombie to deal with all these feels!?! TUNE OF THE WEEK: Kisum “Love Talk”

1

I know I’m a day late with this one but I spent all day yesterday running around like a headless chicken and I barely had time to breathe, let alone write. To top it all off I’m sick which means I’m writing through medicine clouded brain so if this post is wonky I apologize in advance. Medicine and I do NOT mix. ZOMBIE’S DRAMA REVIEW: Cheer Up! Episodes 5-6

crying

Before I dive into these two episodes I just have to ask, was I the only one bawling my eyes out for the majority of these episodes? Either I’m getting way too emotionally involved in this story or I’m just far more emotional than is good for me, because I could barely stop crying as I watched Teacher Yang’s career go down in flames.
