FRIDAY NIGHT DRAMA: It’s Okay, That’s Love
This week’s drama to marathon is easily one of the best of 2014 and tied for my personal favorite of the year. It’s witty, it’s funny, it’s poignant, it’s powerful and it has some of the most realistic and lovable characters I’ve ever come across in all my journeys through DramaLand. In short, It’s Okay, That’s Love is an amazing drama and one I think you’re really going to love. Continue reading “FRIDAY NIGHT DRAMA: It’s Okay, That’s Love”
TUNE OF THE WEEK: Jung Yong Hwa “Checkmate”
I know I’ve been squeeing a lot over Yong Hwa lately but I just can’t help myself. Every time he releases a new video, I lose my head and every other song in the world suddenly disappears. Because I can’t focus on anything else, I have no choice but to make “Checkmate” this week’s featured tune. Continue reading “TUNE OF THE WEEK: Jung Yong Hwa “Checkmate””
ZOMBIE’S T-DRAMA REVIEW: Someone Like You Episode 4
Moments of cuteness, moments of confusion, moments of frustration and moments of “WHAT THE HECK!?!” are what this week’s episode of Someone Like You is all about which means we’ve got plenty to talk about. FRIDAY NIGHT DRAMA: Pinocchio
This week’s drama to marathon is easily the best I’ve watched this year and though it’s only January, I’d go so far as to say that Pinocchio could easily be one of the best dramas of 2015. Continue reading “FRIDAY NIGHT DRAMA: Pinocchio”
ZOMBIE’S DRAMA REVIEW: Pinocchio Episodes 18-20
Well my friends, believe it or not Pinocchio has come to an end and I have to say, I’m happy with the way this one turned out. The story wrapped up nicely, the bad guys got what was coming to them, the good guys seem to have found their own versions of “happily ever after.” And surprisingly enough, one very rotten character managed to find redemption which honestly, shocked the snot out of me, not because she found redemption but because I was okay with it. Wow, I must be getting soft! Continue reading “ZOMBIE’S DRAMA REVIEW: Pinocchio Episodes 18-20”
ZOMBIE’S T-DRAMA REVIEW: Someone Like You Episode 3
When it comes to action, there wasn’t much in this weeks episode but we did get to see several characters in a new light, we were introduced to a couple new characters and Fang Zhan Cheng learned a rather important lesson which means we’ve still got plenty to talk about. Hooray! Continue reading “ZOMBIE’S T-DRAMA REVIEW: Someone Like You Episode 3”
ZOMBIE’S DRAMA REVIEW: Pinocchio Episodes 15-17
The penultimate week of a drama is always my favorite as parts of the story begin to come together beautifully while others fall spectacularly to pieces. These three episodes of Pinocchio are no exception to this rule which means we’ve got a lot to talk about, so let’s get to it! Continue reading “ZOMBIE’S DRAMA REVIEW: Pinocchio Episodes 15-17”
ZOMBIE’S DRAMA REVIEW: Pinocchio Episodes 13-14
With only three weeks worth of episodes left, things have certainly started to take a darker turn. But that’s as it should be at this point in a drama and I have no doubt that when all is said and done, all will be as it should. There were certainly some moments in these episodes when my heart faltered, just a bit, as Dal Po struggled to find just how far he’s willing to go to have his revenge. Continue reading “ZOMBIE’S DRAMA REVIEW: Pinocchio Episodes 13-14”
ZOMBIE’S DRAMA REVIEW: Pinocchio Episodes 11-12
I have no idea how the rest of you fared as you watched these two episodes of Pinocchio but I, for one, bawled my eyes out and how could I not? The story of Dal Po and Jae Myeong has me feeling as if my heart has been ripped right out of my chest and all I’m currently hoping for is a chance for these brothers to find a way to live “happily ever after.” Continue reading “ZOMBIE’S DRAMA REVIEW: Pinocchio Episodes 11-12”
